Since all orders at Reddy Collection are placed through WhatsApp, phone calls, or messages, the return process also follows the same communication channels. Please contact us directly to initiate any return or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only (size/color), not for refund
  • Jewelry items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Made-to-order garments
  • Altered items (hemmed, taken in, or otherwise modified)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original tags
  • Innerwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

We carefully inspect all returned items. If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a fee from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects

Refunds

Note: Minor variations in color due to different screen displays or slight imperfections in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
